Grant Agreement Negotiation
Prior to be financed, a project proposal which was positively evaluated , must pass
through the so called Grant Agreement Negotiation stage. During this stage certain
details are agreed between the participants and the funding provider (e.g. European
Commission). The purpose of the negotiation is to finalize the details of the work
to be carried out within the associated budget, as well as to establish the legal
and financial information needed to establish the Grant Agreement. When underestimated,
the negotiation can be a very long and effort consuming stage. CENCIRA provides
all the necessary skills and efforts in order to minimize the negotiation time and
to ensure the project funding as early as possible.
