CENCIRA’ research activities are planned and developed so that knowledge and new concepts can form the basis for agrofood innovation sectors. Our aim consist in developing of sate of the art biotechnological processes that will help in fostering innovation and discovery in the agrofood research.
CENCIRA research group has been collaborated in different national and international projects and patent applications in the last 10 years. Our staff was involved in the development of several patents that have been exploited for applications such as Functional food products and Modern concepts for bioactive packaging.
