VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Another chance, a new opportunity!!!
In the past years the government reforms and the demographic changes resulted in
a shift of the labour prospects in Romania. Therefore an increase flexibility on
the labour market and the demand of certified skilled labour became a necessity,
for those without a vocational qualification, the prospects being substantially
worse.
CENCIRA is organizing vocational training for professionals (e.g. farmers, entrepreneurs,
etc) and specific organization’s needs, seeking certification in different areas
of agrofood sector. CENCIRA vocational training diplomas are certified by the Ministry
of National Education, throughout the National Authority of Qualifications and the
Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Protection and Elderly; the agro food sector
training programs are in agreement with the occupational standard approved by the
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The skills/competences certified for the above qualifications and occupations are
recognized at national and international level, according to the Hague Convention
and O. G. no. 66/1999).
Vocational training programs beyond responding to the adequate framework necessities
of labour in Romania, are coming into the context of the present requirements for
projects funding schemes of the National Program for Rural Development and are related
to the international labor standards.
